Equally important is their knowledge of our manufacturing process, enabling them to help match our production capacity to your product demand.
Field Service
At Kondex, we judge our success on how well our products perform. Internally, our production methods and processes are designed to deliver quality and product durability. But sometimes that’s not enough. That’s why our account management team is often found in the field, working with our customer’s engineers and field technicians – troubleshooting challenges faced by dealers and end users.
