Being active in our community is a key part of our culture at Kondex. Our growth benefits our local area and industries just as the wellbeing of these groups is in our best interest. Below are some of many ways we’re actively involved in making our communities stronger.
Corporate Outreach
Kondex provides donations in various forms to non-profit organizations. We primarily focus on education, community service, and supporting those in need. A partial list of support includes:
- High school technical education and robotics programs
- Local Police and Fire Departments

- Local Future Farmers of America chapters
- Community wellness programs
- Local food pantries
- Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ I Make America program
Educational Support
By partnering with area schools, Kondex helps to garner interest in the industries we serve while also helping develop future talent. Some of our educational outreach initiatives include:

- Business partnership for Project GRILL (Growing Readiness in Learning & Leading), a program of Envision Greater Fond du Lac
- Participation in Career Connections Academy, a program of Envision Greater Fond du Lac

- Serving on advisory boards for area high schools
- Participation in high school career days
- Lomira High School annual scholarships
