AG CONNECT Expo & Summit 2013

AG CONNECT Expo offers a preview of what’s to come in agriculture in the next several years through new technologies, advanced practices, and operating efficiencies that improve quality and yield. AG CONNECT is also known for one-on-one access to senior executives and engineers as well as industry and education experts on key issues affecting agriculture. The next AG CONNECT Expo will be January 29-31, 2013, at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

AG CONNECT is on pace for a record-size show with more than 70% of the exhibit space already sold. Industry groups are also recognizing the value of AG CONNECT and are co-locating their conferences and meetings with the show. Co-locations for 2013 include the National Farmers Organization, US Custom Harvesters, Inc., Agriculture Future America (AFA), and the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE). Projected attendance at the co-located conventions, meetings and exhibitor events alone has already surpassed a total of 5,000 industry professionals.

To meet the increasing demand of industry groups and other show attendees, Show Management is already looking to expand its official hotel block. Hotel reservations and exhibitor personnel registration will open March 19; attendee registration will open September 10. More information is available at .

An added value for engineers attending AG CONNECT is the opportunity for education and peer networking. ASABE’s Agricultural Equipment Technology Conference (AETC) will once again be co-located with AG CONNECT and will include breakout sessions, continuing education, AE50 innovations insights, and a career fair.

ASABE’s AE50 innovation awards will also be announced at AG CONNECT. New in 2013 will be Gold and Silver awards for products ranking the highest in innovation, significant engineering advancement and impact on the market served.
