Kondex recently welcomed Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) President Dr. John Walz to its facility. This visit allowed Dr. Walz the opportunity to learn more about manufacturing operations and how to best apply their educational tracks to what manufacturers seek from graduates. The day started with a presentation overviewing Kondex products and processes. Dr. Walz then witnessed these operations first-hand with a tour of the plant. The day concluded with Kondex’s five MSOE alumni meeting with Dr. Walz to share their roles and responsibilities at Kondex.
Senior Application Engineer Andy Theisen recently received an Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering – Young Engineer Award from the Wisconsin Section of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (WIASABE). This award honors one individual annually for outstanding contributions to the advancement of the agricultural and biological systems engineering profession. Recipients of this award must be good-standing members of WIASABE, under the age of 40, and nominated by their peers.
Through all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Kondex associates recently took time to reflect on those in need and came together in support of four organizations to better our community.
