Kondex Supports Area Food Pantries Amid Crisis.

Kondex Corporation, a Lomira-based manufacturer of cutting and wear-resistant components used primarily in agricultural crop harvesting equipment, recently donated $2,000 each to the Fondy Food Pantry in Fond du Lac, Full Shelf Food Pantry in West Bend, and Lomira Food Pantry. These organizations have seen growing demand for their services due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Our mission at Kondex is to help feed and fuel the world,” commented Kondex President Keith Johnson. “This is typically carried out through the products we manufacture; however, the pandemic and associated economic strain on many of the communities our workforce calls home, led us to implement our mission more directly through these donations.”

Kondex continues to operate all manufacturing shifts, following stringent health and safety precautions, in addition to providing work-from-home options where possible. “We’ve seen a great deal of solidarity from our entire team to ensure we operate safely as we continue providing the parts needed to keep farmers around the globe up and running,” Johnson continued. “We cannot express enough our gratitude for our associates’ dedication and teamwork. Their commitment allows us to not only meet our customer needs, but those of our communities as well.”
