Stoffel and Theisen Elected ASABE WI Officers.

Kondex Senior Engineer Neal Stoffel and Senior Applications Engineer Andy Theisen were recently elected officers of ASABE’s (American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers) Wisconsin Section. Each appointment is held for one year. Stoffel, who has been a member of ASABE for 26 years, was named vice chair – public relations/webmaster. In this role, he will process and share Section news, organize and publish various announcements and communications, and coordinate media relations. Theisen joined ASABE in 2012, and is now vice chair – program. His goals are to communicate news and activities from the national level to the local section, recruit and retain members, and organize activities to expose members to the latest trends in agricultural engineering.

Both Stoffel and Theisen are looking forward to their new responsibilities. “ASABE is an excellent organization,” commented Theisen. “I enjoy networking with peers involved in other areas of agricultural engineering, and gaining broadened exposure to the changing needs of our customers. ASABE also has a benefit to Kondex in several long-standing relationships that have been formed over the years. As vice chair, I’m excited to share these advantages with prospective members and strengthen the relationships of our existing members.”
