2026 Kondex KX7 Concave Full-Rotor Kit Rebate Full Terms and Conditions

Offer valid for residents of the United States who purchase from a participating dealer located in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) or eligible Canadian residents who are over the age of majority in their province/territory of residence and who purchase new and previously unregistered Eligible Products (as defined on this page) from an authorized Kondex dealer located in Canada. Offer valid for purchases of eligible KX7 Kits completed between July 20, 2026 and September 30, 2026. Eligible KX7 Kits (“Eligible Kits”) listed on this landing page. All KX7 Pro Series kits and components are excluded from and are ineligible for this rebate. Purchases of individual KX7 components are excluded from and are ineligible for this promotion. KX7 ThreshStart front-position kits are excluded and ineligible for this rebate. Preowned KX7 concaves are excluded and ineligible from this rebate. Limit of one (1) rebate redemption claim per Eligible KX7 Kit purchased. Single claims can include multiple eligible kits purchased during the rebate period. Dealer sets the actual price for Kondex products.

All rebate claims must be submitted via the online claims form.

• All claims for purchases made between July 20, 2026 and September 30, 2026 must be received by October 31, 2026. 

All online claims forms must include a copy of a paid invoice detailing: (i) Customer name; (ii) Customer Address; (iii) Dealer name; (iv) Dealer point of contact; (v) Purchase date; (vi) KX7 Part Kit; (vi) description; and (vii) Quantity purchased. Kondex has the right to validate all submissions and to seek additional information and/or substantiation. Limit of one paid invoice per rebate claim. All rebates will be sent in the form of a mailed check from Kondex. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date of submission for delivery of the rebate check via mail.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase to be eligible. Sales to dealers, distributors, and purchases for resale are not eligible for this rebate. This offer is only valid on purchases from authorized and participating dealers and may not be assigned, transferred, traded, sold, combined, or stacked with any other Kondex Corporation offer.

Tampering with, altering, or falsifying purchase information constitutes fraud. Any claims found to be fraudulent, misrepresented, incomplete, or erroneous will be deemed ineligible. All decisions made by Kondex Corporation (or its authorized representatives) relating to the validity of any submissions are final and binding. 

This rebate is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
