After 29 years of service, Inventory Specialist Barb Baus has recently retired from Kondex Corporation. Baus spent the last 15 years in her current role, prior to which she was responsible for various tasks in packaging, knifehead assembly, and sickle section manufacturing. Baus was instrumental in converting Kondex’s inventory cycle counts to the automated process used today, and helped to maintain this system as the Company expanded in physical size and quantity of part numbers produced.

In her retirement, Baus looks forward to spending time traveling, gardening, fishing, beekeeping, geocaching, and spending time with her family and five grandchildren. She also volunteers for and/or is a member of many groups, including the Honeybee Keepers Association, Empire Threshing Association, International Harvesters Club, EAA, Shepherd of the Hills Christian Women Club, and Kondex’s 25-Year Club.

“While I’ve only worked alongside Barb for a short time, her commitment to Kondex is quite evident,” said Director of Supply Chain Bob Biolo. “We’re grateful for her dedication and years of service and wish her well in her retirement.”
