About this Role: Manufacturing Engineer
Manufacturing Engineers at Kondex are at the center of innovation — developing new processes, implementing cutting-edge equipment, and driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and manage manufacturing processes that push efficiency and precision.
- Lead projects from concept to completion — from tooling design to installation.
- Support new product introductions through Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for maximum reliability and performance.
- Serve as the go-to expert on metal forming processes.
- Coach and mentor teams to elevate their technical skills.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer supporting metal fabrication processes
- Project management experience
- Innovative thinking
